With the help of modern CNC machines for milling and turning, we can process products according to customer requirements with precise precision.Moderna PKs mechanical uses Esprit as CAM software and all details can be worked out using STEP files(3D). This enables simultaneous multi-axis driving, machine simulation and dynamic milling.
See more about processingWe weld both manually and with the help of robots. Depending on cost efficiency and the needs of our customers, we choose manual welding or robot welding. Our robot welding is done with CMT technology which is a completely new technology for material transfer, a MIG/MAG process with low heat input. This technology is fast and provides basically spray-free welding joints and means that we can reduce or completely remove expensive and time-consuming finishing work. We work with CAD and offline programming to create the most optimized welding programs possible. All our welders are licensed according to ISO 287-1.
