WIRE SPARK
The degree of precision is very high and has a tolerance level of one thousandth of a millimeter. Using a wire as a cutting tool creates a linear line, and therefore wire sparking is usually used to cut all the way through the material. Wire gnashing is used bl.A to achieve tight tolerances, odd shapes, material stress limitations or surface finish requirements. With the help of wire riveting, in principle, we can produce a detail of any shape.
Wire sparking can also be a high-volume option for material types that are too brittle to be manufactured with a mold. By stacking flat layers, large volumes of precision parts can also be cut.
LOWER SPARK
Countersinking is particularly advantageous when you need advanced shapes and fine tolerances in hard and difficult-to-work materials. If the workpiece is small and difficult to work with ordinary processing, this countersink is a good option. Tool moulds for cast parts are examples of common products that are produced by countersinking.
